Welcome to the CCD registration for Infant Jesus Syro Malabar Catholic Church in Sacramento! We are excited to have your child join our CCD program.

In-Person Registration

To register in person, please follow these steps:

1. Download the CCD registration form by clicking the link below:

2. Print the form and fill it out completely.
3. Bring the completed form along with the required documents to the church office during the registration hours.
4. Our friendly staff will assist you with the registration process.

Online Registration

To register online, please follow these instructions:

1. Please submit the the online form using the link below at your earliest convenience. One submission per family. Those who do not have a google account, please create one to sign in to the registration form.

2. Fill out the form with the required information.
3. Please fill, sign and return the attached “Permission For Parishes to Deliver Online Content” form to Safe Environment Site Coordinator Manoj George or Mini Freddy () and cc: Shelby Kocherry ([email protected]).
4. Once your online registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

At Infant Jesus Syro Malabar Catholic Church, we aim to impart the teachings of Jesus Christ and nurture the faith of our community members through CCD classes and activities.
